Since the death of Piet Mutsaers in 1982, the company has been managed by the next generation - siblings Gabriele (Master Butcher) and Bert Mutsaers (Business Economist and Assistant Butcher). For 23 years and 20 years respectively, they have been continuing the task of managing the family business.
The desire to be amongst the best in the industry - thanks to the best team of employees and the best products - is driven forward by the siblings. The third generation of Mutsaers is being adeptly introduced - just as the second generation was by their father - to the world of sausage manufacturing. The 14 and 17 year old sons and their friends enjoy the annual slaughter day feasts at the farm just as much as Bert and Gabriele Mutsaers do.
