Our cooked sausage is outstanding thanks to its deliciously mild flavour: During the manufacturing process, the bile ducts are painstakingly removed from the liver by hand.
 
Natural animal intestine is best for cooked sausage. It helps to refine the flavour when cooking in stock and when smoking over beech chippings and juniper berries.

In accordance with tradition, the animal intestine is filled by hand.
