IFS Food Standard

Since 2013, Bedford GmbH + Co. KG sausage & ham manufacturers have been certified according to IFS Food Standard Version 6 at Higher Level, which focuses on evaluating the quality and safety of foods.

HACCP
An important part of the IFS Food Standard Version 6 is the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) concept. This is a preventative system for ascertaining and monitoring all the hygiene guidelines and all potential risk factors concerning foods.
