Product overview

It all started with the idea of making truffles out of salami that could be comfortably eaten with friends at home. Together with a good glass of wine and some hearty bread. Since we had something very special in mind, we tried it with many different combinations. We tested and discarded. Until we finally combined hand-rolled salami balls with selected summer truffles (tuber aestivum) and freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. A lucky roll of the die. This combination revealed a taste that completely won over everyone at Bedford. The salami for real epicures was born: Saltufo ®. You will fall in love with it in these pages.
