Salami balls with summer truffles, rolled in Parmigiano Reggiano.

Fine balls of a very special salami speciality made of pork and selected summer truffles. Rolled in genuine country-style, grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese following a special natural maturation process.

100 g  are produced from 122 g pork. Pork, lard, Parmigiano Reggiano (11%), summer truffles (3%), sea salt, spices (includes MUSTARD), MILK PROTEIN, gelatin, potato starch, dextrose, aroma, maltodextrin, seasoning, preservatives: E252, E202, antioxidant: E301. Packaged in a protected environment.
